Healthy Holiday Gift List or Wish List!

So this is something a little different, because I just felt like doing online shopping instead of writing a blog post, lol 😊 That is only partly true, but still, I thought it might be useful and fun and you just might get a little inspiration! I don’t have any affiliation with these products, they’re just the results of my online shopping spree and some others that I either already own or want for myself. Whether you’d like to inspire someone to be healthier or need to buy something for the wellness obsessed person in your life, here are some ideas!

Perfect for smoothies or for sucking down half your body weight in ounces of water!

Love this cute can herb garden with my 3 favorite herbs, basil, cilantro and mint.

Stay inspired, always. Wear your mantras!

I love this planner for planning both your meals and your life in one place, with a hefty dose of inspiration and lots of tips along the way.  I especially love how I have a record of my meals, so if I’m lacking inspiration one week, I’ll just look back at past weeks for ideas.

A great way to get a gratitude practice started in the New Year. Everyone has five minutes a day to focus on the good!

My favorite skincare line right now. Detox your beauty routine! All natural, nourishing oils for glowing skin. Chemical free. I use the Facial Cleansing Oil now, but I want everything in this line!

I want to apply makeup once a day and once only, so I love this lip set.  The lipsticks are liquid and dry to a matte finish. The color will last ALL DAY.  It does feel very dry on the lips, so I coat it with lip balm once its dry, and don’t have to think about it the rest of the day. Tarte products are always free from parabens, gluten, phytalates, triclosan, and sls.

For Indy locals: These bars leave skin incredibly soft! These are made by a coworker of mine and are available through a local online farmers market called Market Wagon or at Vine Healthcare in Carmel. She also makes amazing lip balms and a “Miracle” Oil.

Dry brushing is one of the simplest daily habits you can put into practice to keep your lymph flowing for proper detoxification. It keeps your skin nice and soft and helps with cellulite too.

I honestly don’t know what I did before I started using essential oils, since I use them for everything now. I use them for sleep, for cleaning, to help fight off illness, to boost mood and energy, or to calm myself down, in my laundry, to make perfumes, bug sprays, lotions and potions and I even cook with them. I love the doTerra brand which is certified therapeutic grade and very powerful, which means they are safe and actually work like they’re supposed to. You can learn more about the essential oils I use HERE  or find your own favorite brand!

Every essential oil enthusiast needs a good diffuser!

Work out the kinks! Foam rolling is a great practice to add to a daily wellness repertoire. Roll out the kinks after a workout, do a little PT on muscles that need healing or even try a foam roller workout. Good for detox and reducing cellulite too!

It’s time to ditch the plastic storage containers once and for all. Even BPA free plastic contains other toxins that will leach into your food and ultimately wreak havoc on your body and health. You’ll feel much better about your leftovers if they’ve been stored in glass! Sets like this one are inexpensive and give you a variety of sizes. I also load up on small size containers for lunches.

Cute stocking stuffer! There is a theme here. Just say NO to plastic, including straws.

For eating healthy on the go in winter, taking all those warming veggie soups or chili!

Fermented foods are key to gut health and kombucha is a delicious way to give yourself a probiotic boost. This kit includes everything you need to get started brewing your own yummy kombucha.

These mushroom coffee and chocolate mixes are full of adaptogens, which means they literally help your body adapt in whatever way it needs. Mushrooms are full of health benefits!

One stop shopping for foods, cleaning, skin care products and more to support your healthy lifestyle. Some of these products are very expensive at health food stores but Thrive’s prices are discounted for members. Kind of like a healthy Costco. They have a free trial if you want to just want check it out to see if you like it.

A matcha latte is my favorite way to boost my mental clarity and wake myself up, yet relax my body and mind at the same time, due to an amino acid called l-theanine. It’s more beneficial than bagged green tea, because you consume the whole leaf and every single antioxidant in that leaf! You need a whisk to make it super smooth, which makes a great gift! Don’t forget the tea! This is the one I buy.

After we ditched all our toxic non-stick and Teflon coated pans, it became a lot more difficult to make the perfect fried egg and other “sticky”foods. Enter the cast iron pan, which is a must for every healthy kitchen as it’s non-reactive and free from harmful chemicals. We now cook almost everything in this baby! It’s our go-to skillet and barely ever gets put away, we use it so much.

Happy giving!!
